RETURN & REFUNDS
We at Sole Pairs aim at customer satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If a customer did not like a product and wants to return it, Rs200 delivery charges along with Rs360 handling charges (Packing cost, Material cost, Labor)
Product cannot be refunded if claim is not submitted within 3 working days of delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take at least 30 days for your bank post the refund too.
